About the Centre

Milestones Early Learning Forest Lakes Centre is located on Joseph Banks Avenue, close to public transport and shops, fostering a vibrant multicultural community of staff, children and families.

About the Role

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long‑lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and using your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • A current Working with Children’s Check.
  • Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
