A growth-stage fintech is looking for a high-impact General Manager to lead its Australian business through its next phase of maturity and growth.
We are looking for a strong operator with a proven track record of scaling fintechs or high-growth technology businesses. You will be responsible for driving market growth, building brand presence, building on the market leading platform and leading a high-performing local team.
We're looking for a credible and hands on leader with a strong bias for execution, a proven track record for scaling growth stage digital fintech businesses. You’re as comfortable setting a bold strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. You know how to take a great platform and turn it into a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth strategy, execution, and P&L management for the Australian business.
- Scale operations, grow revenue, and expand the customer base.
- Lead a local and cross functional high-performing team.
- Represent the brand with customers, partners, and regulators and be the external face of the company.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to align growth initiatives.
Experience:
- Proven experience scaling digital fintech or high growth technology businesses in regulated environments in the Australian market.
- Hands-on operator and leader with strong commercial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian financial services and fintech ecosystem.
- Energetic, credible, and entrepreneurial in spirit, high bias for action and willing to roll up sleeves.
- Exceptional leadership, execution, and communication skills.
