Directly responsible for providing onsite client service, daily management, and leadership. The supervisor will oversee staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, coaching, training, and development. Duties will include technical and safety knowledge, scheduling staff, payroll management, annual performance appraisals, on-site client relations, completion of work orders, quality assurance, and financial cost control. The supervisor will also maintain and manage operational reporting, performance and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and complete other management duties as directed.



  • Manage staff according to Servicon's mission and values.
  • Comply with Servicon corporate policy and procedures, client's partnership agreement and Statement of Work (SOW), therefore developing a strong client relationship that is based on operational integrity, professionalism, respect, responsiveness, and urgency.
  • Organize and manage the completion of all employee paperwork in a strict, timely manner, including submittal of I-9s, W-4s, employee status change forms, corrective action notices, and resignation/termination notices.
  • Conduct and support training programs for all team members on subjects, including safety regulations, procedures, efficient/cost-effective methods of cleaning, and equipment preventive maintenance.
  • Review clock ins/clock outs for accuracy/completeness, approve, and submit them promptly for payroll processing, in accordance with State and Federal Wage and Hour Laws.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and coordinate employee job requisitions with the area and operations managers in accordance with established procedures and in a cost-effective manner.
  • Create, coordinate, and manage work schedules, vacations, and absenteeism to ensure that all work is completed per SOW.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings with the team, in conjunction with the safety administrator, and perform on-the-spot correction, counseling, and retraining of unsafe procedures.
  • Ensure thorough root-cause analysis is performed, reports are accurately prepared and submitted to Safety & Loss Control Department promptly, and re-training of associates is conducted with the area/operations manager for all incidents/accidents that occur. In case of an accident, supervisor may be responsible to take the team member to a clinic or hospital
  • Coordinate and complete all corporate training programs schedules.
  • Inspect assigned work area while performing duties and after duties have been completed to verify quality of work and ensure work has been done in compliance with site-specific procedures and client's SOW.
  • Perform daily quality assurance inspections of all buildings and work areas within the SOW to ensure quality meets the expectation of our client and Servicon.
  • Assist area/operations managers in resolving client concerns and team issues.
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are available and in good operating order.
  • Take inventory, order approved supplies, and monitor utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective use.
  • Meet with clients to schedule upcoming events, special requests, and resolve concerns. The supervisor should also refer and communicate related issues or concerns to the area/operations managers.
  • Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned.


  • 2 years supervisory/management experience in the custodial service/Aerospace/environmental services industry
  • High School diploma and GED equivalent preferred (or demonstrated experience in an equivalent role)
