National Accounts – Fabricator Regional Manager

Job Summary:

The National Account Fabricator Regional Manager is responsible for managing the Cosentino Lowe’s fabricator network in their region. He or she will be responsible for the overall Lowe’s program fabricator performance including proactive management to drive both Cosentino Lowe’s program sales and service. The manager will be responsible to ensure optimal working relationship with both Lowe’s field management and Cosentino market operators. This fabricator manager evaluates coaches and trains Lowe’s Fabricators to ensure optimal performance. The manager will create, manage, and monitor plans for improvement with existing fabricators, and create transitions to new fabricators when required. The individual is the Lowe’s account leader responsible for executing Cosentino / Lowe’s corporate objectives with field operations to ensure success in the account. This position has a high level of responsibility and the individual must be a self-starter, both a task and big picture visionary and can work with both internal team members and external customer accounts to ensure success.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Build and own local market relationships between Lowe’s field teams, Cosentino market directors and Fabricator partners. High emphasis on education to Lowe’s Field management on what Cosentino can do to help their business.

Manage the program fabricators in their region to ensure program success in sales and service.

Educate, Coach, Train and communicate both Lowe’s and Cosentino policies and procedures along with best practices to ensure optimal performance

Execute monthly and quarterly business reviews with installation partners, Lowe’s field teams and Cosentino market directors

Coaching of existing installation companies including implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans, Removal of underperforming installation companies and On boarding of new program installation companies

Assist in coordination of store associate trainings with Lowe’s Field management and Cosentino Lowe’s fabricators

Resolve customer complaints issues stemming from product or installation challenges in your region

Execute objectives as assigned by the Lowe’s National Account Manager

 

 

 

Required Education and Experience:

Proven prior experience working within the stone fabrication industry and major national retail chains.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or related field

Strong understanding of the natural stone and installation service industry

Understanding or experience of selling processes within Major retail account(s).  Home Center is a plus.

Proven experience for manufacturer selling to Major Retailer

Proven experience in management of service providers

Ability to proactively track and manage metric performance and drive accountability

Ability to resolve conflict and motivate service providers to facilitate key company objectives while managing challenging in-market situations

Ability to interact and build value-based relationships between Lowe’s field teams and fabricator installation customers.

Excellent communication skills, specifically very strong in both verbal and written communication that requires business recaps and next step direction

Strong desire to learn about our business, Fabricator business and Lowe’s business

Strong systems competency - Ability to learn and utilize company systems (Job tracker, SAM, Salesforce) and Ability to lean and use retailers systems (Project management tools)

Presentation preparation and delivery in PowerPoint

Data Analysis via Excel

Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently

Detail oriented

Problem solving ability

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

Travel requirements - Up to 70% travel
