What you’ll be doing:
- Lead from the front and create a high‑energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
- Be hands‑on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
- Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
- Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience

- Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
- Problem‑solve day‑to‑day challenges with confidence and calm
