Personal Care Worker
Do you live in Eaton Mall, Hughesdale, Oakleigh East, Bentleigh, Thornbury or Brunswick? We are seeking experienced team members to make a difference in supporting our local residents based in Oakleigh. Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded.
About The Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
- Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care
- Review care plans, report and observe changes
- Maintain dignity and privacy for all residents
- Support Registered Nurses
About You
- Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.
- Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.
- Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.
- Flexible and able to do shifts including PM and Night Duty.
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor.

- Must have NDIS clearance.
