Solutions Architect – Networks Design
Launch Recruitment are supporting an Australian leading enterprise organisation on the lookout for a Solutions Architect to join on a permanent basis.
This is a senior technical role, responsible for shaping network strategy, leading complex designs and translating business requirements into scalable solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience designing and delivering large-scale telco or ISP networks
- Deep expertise in IP, MPLS and Segment Routing (SR-MPLS / SRv6 most desirable), BGP, OSPF and IS-IS
- Strong knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN, L2/L3 VPNs, QoS and traffic engineering
- Data centre and cloud networking including hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
- Experience with mobile and fixed network architectures (4G/5G, voice, RAN, network slicing)
- Network automation, orchestration and CI/CD exposure
The role will hold responsibility as a technical strategist and leader, influencing technology direction, leading cross‑functional teams, supporting new technology introduction and providing senior level guidance during critical initiatives and stepping into leadership cover when required.
