What You Will Do

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our B2B marketing strategy and will be partnering closely with sales to deliver high‑impact campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing programmes tailored to commercial growth opportunities.
  • Lead regional trade shows, conferences, and leadership events.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver compelling content and experiences.
  • Set and report on marketing KPIs, leveraging digital and funnel metrics.
  • Own the annual marketing plan and budget for the ANZ region.
  • Champion brand consistency across all communications and channels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with global objectives.

About You

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in a global, mid‑to‑large sized company.
  • Proven success in B2B lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong digital marketing and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ABM strategies.
  • Skilled in data analysis and customer insights generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience managing trade shows and live events.
