Full-time | Permanent | Skilled Occupation: ANZSCO – Construction Project Manager

We are values-driven, agile, and ever-evolving — and with a strong pipeline of work ahead, we are seeking a skilled Façade, Technical & Design Manager to join our high-performing team.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of façade, tiling, and stone projects from design through to completion, shaping both technical solutions and project delivery outcomes.
The Role
- Leading the planning, coordination, budgeting, and delivery of façade, tiling, and stone projects.
- Reviewing tender documents, architectural/engineering drawings, and scopes to establish strategies and staging plans.
- Managing design resolution, shop drawings, finishes schedules, and approvals with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Driving on-site delivery, including subcontractor engagement, material procurement, and technical quality control.
- Leading WHSE initiatives and ensuring compliance with statutory and company obligations.
- Overseeing cost control, reporting, and forecasting to ensure projects remain on budget.
- Conducting inspections, managing defect-free handovers, and ensuring timely rectification during the Defects Liability Period.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and builders, providing clear progress updates and building strong stakeholder relationships.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 3–5 years’ project management experience in construction, with a focus on façade, tiling, stone, or building envelope systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil/Structural), Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong technical capability with systems such as Jobpac, Buildlogic, Payapps, Procore, Aconex, and MS Projects.
- Expert knowledge of WHSE practices and advanced understanding of Australian Building Codes, Standards, and façade design methodologies.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen, adaptability, and a commitment to defect-free, high-quality delivery.
