As a Sales Representative at Carma, you’ll be the go‑to guide for customers on their car‑buying! You’ll be chatting with warm leads coming in through calls, emails, and live chat—no cold calling here. Your mission? Build real connections, get to the heart of what customers need, and make the whole process feel smooth, simple, and even fun.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own every conversation, turning leads into happy customers.
- Ask the right questions to uncover needs, grab the key details, and build trust that sticks. Uncover what really matters by asking the right questions, locking in details, and earning trust fast.
- Run your pipeline like a pro—stay on top of follow‑ups and watch the wins roll in.
- Tackle roadblocks head‑on— we’ll give you the tools, you bring the confidence and skill to close.
