We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to join our Tory Burch boutique at the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager (2IC), you will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive brand initiatives, elevate customer experience, and deliver commercial excellence. You will lead from the floor, inspire the team, and ensure the store consistently reflects Tory Burch standards while aligning with Valiram’s procedures and quest for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, achieving targets, and monitoring store expenses
• Deliver an exceptional, luxury customer experience at every touchpoint
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store KPIs
• Maintain inventory integrity by minimising stock loss and ensuring accurate daily and monthly stock counts
• Uphold visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Foster a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment built on teamwork and trust
• Act as the Store Manager’s key support, stepping up in their absence

About You

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or 2IC in premium or luxury retail
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, customer-first mindset
• Commercially aware with the ability to drive results and manage stock effectively
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and representing a luxury lifestyle brand
• Professional, confident, and values-driven
