All applicants must hold full unconditional General Registration with AHPRA and have recent Australian Emergency Medicine experience at the CMOs level. Unlimited and unconditional permanent working rights in Australia are required.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver direct emergency care and coordinate clinical management in collaboration with Emergency Physicians and Admitting Medical Officers.
  • Lead and support junior doctors and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and mentorship.
  • Participate in night shifts and after‑hours rosters, ensuring 24/7 care for patients.
  • Coordinate resuscitation efforts for critically ill adults and children, with support from senior clinicians and retrieval services.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment that values education, research, and work/life balance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full General Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum three years of recent Emergency Medicine experience
  • Ability to take on in‑charge responsibilities in an urban district ED
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
