Job Description

As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store.

• Achieve sales and profitability targets through ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store’s Communication Team.
• Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
• Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in‑store process and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, with proven retail experience and broad knowledge of Telco.
• Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities and ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
• Work independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and handle pressure.
