Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise leading hands-on engagement with Data and Analytics business areas as a senior Business Implementation or Change Manager
- Demonstrated expertise constructing a detailed plan of activity to support the business to identify and respond to impacts to their business areas in a Data and Analytics context
- Demonstrated expertise undertaking current state and future state business process analysis to identify changes to support business readiness activities such as operational procedure updates, training needs, etc
- Experience leading a team of business analysts and change analysts to support impacted business areas through the business implementation activities
- Experience working with, and positively influencing, internal and external stakeholders to autonomously identify and overcome delivery risks and issues
- Experience managing and maintaining a project schedule to ensure dependencies with other delivery teams are identified and managed to prevent risks and ensure a quality outcome
Qualifications
- Hands on data analysis skills using contemporary analytics capabilities (e.g. SQL, Python)
- Experience using Clarizen project management tool
- Experience using contemporary project documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
- Experience writing detailed business requirements and business process documents
