Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects across capital water infrastructure including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, water main replacements and more across the Unity Water Program across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast area.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and deliver a complex range of small and large projects, including design, construction, commissioning and handover of infrastructure and assets.
• Manage and drive a culture of innovation in project delivery that results in ongoing efficiencies and improvements in project work practices.
• Manage and administer subcontracts.
• Maintain good working relationships with sub‑contractors to effectively deliver projects.
• Manage relationships with a range of stakeholders during project delivery.
• Deliver projects in compliance with client, community, environmental management and legislative requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification with substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure.
• Experience in the Oil, Gas or Water industry preferred.
• Project Management certification.
• Minimum 5 years of complex project management experience within the water sector.
• Previous team management and leadership experience.
