Nurse Unit Manager – Pre-Admission Clinic (PAC)
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (Until March 2026).
Position Classification: Nurse Unit Manager Level 1.
Remuneration: $130,905.60 Per Annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging.
Hours Per Week: 38.

About The Role
Registered Nurse to join the Perioperative Service as Nurse Unit Manager – Pre‑Admission Clinic (PAC). The role works Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, and reports directly to the Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support a small, dedicated PAC team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, efficient and patient‑centred pre‑admission care.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, contribute to service planning and improvement.
- Work closely with perioperative teams to support safe and effective surgical pathways.
- Support staff development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supportive orientation and ongoing opportunities for education and professional development are provided.
About You
Registered Nurse with strong leadership capability, commitment to excellence in perioperative care, and experience in driving high‑quality patient outcomes in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
Key competencies: strong communication, organisational and leadership skills; collaboration, initiative and continuous improvement valued.
