Responsibilities
- Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
- Assisting with shop Budget and P&L expectations
- Assist in driving growth in customer bookings and repeat business
- Communicating and implementing system updates and training
- Assist in driving FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays and booking component levels 4+
- Coaching and developing team members
- Providing vision and motivation for the team
- Maintaining an overall positive office environment
