Talking Fish Therapies provides private speech pathology services to families in our community. We have an established neurodiversity‑affirming approach that is only emerging in the private sector, and we offer a combination of clinic‑based and mobile therapy. Tasks

We are seeking fun, energetic Speech Pathologists who have a passion for working with clients and their families to see long‑term improvements. Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work each day.

  • Ongoing full‑time position with opportunities to work flexibly.
  • Assessment and therapy of mostly paediatric clients (some adults) with language, speech, fluency, mealtime, and AAC needs.
  • Our team is particularly well known in our area for our work with AAC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Eligibility to be a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Neurodiversity‑affirming, person‑centred approach to therapy
  • A desire for constant improvement
  • Laminating, craft, and ukulele skills are highly desirable!
