This is a high-impact, fast paced marketing, acquisition & product-led growth role where your work will directly influence millions in commercial purchases. You’ll help scale B2B marketplaces used by thousands of buyers each week, alongside a finance arm that funds those purchases. Our platforms power industries that build, move, feed and care for the country—and your work will shape how they operate. This role suits someone who thrives on solving complex, multi-sided growth challenges.
What you’ll work on
- Improving supplier (Storefront) signups
- Driving high-quality inbound finance enquiries
- Boosting retention and reactivation of all of the above
- Refining product flows that make all areas easier

How you'll drive growth
You’ll work across organic marketing, product and systems to directly impact revenue and usage, including:
- SEO and intent-driven content
- Organic and founder-led social
- CRM, databases and lifecycle marketing
- Marketing automation and follow-ups
- Product flows, trust signals and conversion mechanics
The goal is proven experiments → repeatable systems, not one-off wins.
How you’ll work
- Full autonomy to test, ship and iterate without red tape
- Build and prioritise a growth roadmap based on impact
- Design experiments, run tests, measure results, share learnings
- Use AI to dramatically speed up execution
- Move from hands‑on execution to cross‑team delivery as needed
- Work closely with founders, product, engineering, sales and finance
- Focus relentlessly on outcomes, not busywork

Compensation
This role is benchmarked against the top quartile of growth and marketing talent in Australia. As a guide:
- Base salary: typically $130k - $160k + super, depending on experience and scope
- Performance upside: meaningful variable tied to clear, measurable outcomes
Total package: flexible for the right person, based on impact rather than tenure. We care more about what you can build and scale than fitting you into a rigid band.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Shipped several high‑leverage experiments across SEO, AI visibility, social or product flows
- Delivered at least one repeatable growth win (not just a test)
- Built a simple weekly growth dashboard and experiment framework
- Created and prioritised a clear growth backlog for the next quarter
- Replaced at least one manual workflow with a scalable system others can run
