Enrolled Nurse – Southern Cross Care WA
Location: Joseph Cooke House, Shelley, WA (within 1 km of the Canning River)
Position type: Part‑time – vacant shifts: Monday & Tuesday 3:00 pm‑9:00 pm; Saturday & Sunday 6:30 am‑2:30 pm
About the Role
Catering for up to 57 residents in a residential care facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents.
- Manage wounds, diabetic treatment, continence, and medication support independently.
Key Attributes & Experience
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously with care tasks.
- Aged‑care or community‑care experience preferred.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration.
- Initiative and ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learning and use of new software for record keeping.
- 2 years acute nursing or aged‑care experience (preferred).
