About The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Base Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Manage and grow an assigned customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through outbound outreach.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ needs to recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems and track key interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue growth, customer engagement, and retention metrics.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, support, operations) to improve the customer journey.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, account management, or related field of minimum 10+ years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Must have knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
- Motivated, results-driven professional with a demonstrated record of success in technology or software sales.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce) is a plus.
