Custom Orthotics Expert | Forward-thinking Industry Disruptor
This role is part marketing, part front-of-house—and that’s deliberate.
We’re a custom orthotics clinic in Perth looking for someone to lead our marketing and be the first person patients meet when they walk in. You get to do meaningful marketing work without being glued to a screen all day, and you get real human interaction without it being your whole job.
Marketing side
- Social media content and scheduling
- Graphic design (Canva or similar)
- Photography and video for socials
- Patient communications
- Email newsletters
- Print materials
- Website updates (WordPress/Elementor or similar)
- Google reviews and reputation management
- Campaign planning
- Paid ads
The work has range—from small, immediate tasks to bigger campaigns that unfold over weeks. And because we’re always testing and evolving, you’ll have real influence over the direction we take.
Front-of-house side
- Taking payments
- Booking appointments
- Managing the schedule
- Receiving and inspecting orthotics from the lab
You’re part of someone’s healthcare experience. Every interaction, whether in person, on the phone, or over email, actually makes a difference to how patients feel about coming here.
Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday — 9am to 5:30pm, based in-clinic. Wednesdays off every week.
Who we’re looking for
You’ve got marketing skills—whether that’s content creation, social media, design, paid ads, copywriting, strategy, or something else entirely. You’ve got experience and you’re good at what you do. You’re not looking for your first gig—you want somewhere you can apply what you already know.
We’ll teach you how the practice works and train you on the front-of-house side. You’ll bring marketing experience we don’t have in-house, and we’ll give you the space to use it.
