Requirement
- Previous Room Leader experience and a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Checks/Certifications:
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- National Police Check (issued within the last two months/willing to obtain).
- CPR (HLTAID009) and First Aid (HLTAID012) certified (or willing to obtain).
- Strong understanding of child-safe values and commitment to upholding professional boundaries and child protection.
- Ability to inspire and motivate and maintain strong community engagement.
Work Conditions
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday (part of a rotating roster; available 7 am – 6 pm).

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care.
- Inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive environment within the centre.
- Create and maintain a warm, stimulating environment that fosters strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Act in accordance with the Child Safe Code of Conduct, policies, and reporting obligations.
