Day to day:

  • Configure and maintain scalable solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flows, validation rules, custom objects, record types, and Lightning pages
  • Align business processes with Salesforce best practices and help ensure solutions deliver measurable business benefits
  • Assist with translating functional business requirements to technical design focused on enabling the business and support creation of User Stories within a Product Backlog
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to review business process and optimisation of current solutions
  • Manage sandbox environments, prepare deployment packages, and participate in release readiness activities
  • Assist with technical analysis, regression testing, and documentation of configuration changes
  • Coordinate with integration and architecture teams to ensure platform solutions align with broader enterprise standards
  • Provide advanced platform troubleshooting, supporting both proactive enhancements and incident resolution
  • Contribute to configuration standards and mentor junior administrators on scalable platform practices

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 4+ years Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred
  • Strong knowledge of permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchy design
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, change sets, and environment management
  • Exposure to OmniStudio, data integrations, or Marketing/Loyalty Clouds desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and governance discipline
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across large teams and stakeholder groups
