The Company
We are seeking experienced Counsellors to join our client's team via contract basis, supporting individuals across healthcare, corporate, and organisational settings. About The Role
As a Counsellor, you will provide solution focused interventions to clients, including debriefing and crisis support where required. You will work across a range of healthcare and workplace contexts, contributing to initiatives that promote mental health, resilience, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver counselling and psychological first aid to clients across healthcare and workplace environments
- Provide crisis intervention and debriefing support as required
- Assess client needs and tailor interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and organisational policies
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure integrated and effective support
About You
- Empathetic, professional, and committed to delivering high quality counselling services
- Experienced in solution focused interventions and psychological support
- Capable of managing multiple client engagements independently and prioritising effectively
- Adaptable and responsive to emerging client needs, with strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences
- Proven experience delivering counselling, debriefing, or psychological first aid
- Registration with AHPRA
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of professional practice
