We are seeking experienced Counsellors to join our client's team via contract basis, supporting individuals across healthcare, corporate, and organisational settings. About The Role

As a Counsellor, you will provide solution focused interventions to clients, including debriefing and crisis support where required. You will work across a range of healthcare and workplace contexts, contributing to initiatives that promote mental health, resilience, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver counselling and psychological first aid to clients across healthcare and workplace environments
• Provide crisis intervention and debriefing support as required
• Assess client needs and tailor interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and organisational policies
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure integrated and effective support

About You

• Empathetic, professional, and committed to delivering high quality counselling services
• Experienced in solution focused interventions and psychological support
• Capable of managing multiple client engagements independently and prioritising effectively
• Adaptable and responsive to emerging client needs, with strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences
• Proven experience delivering counselling, debriefing, or psychological first aid
• Registration with AHPRA
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of professional practice
