As the Digital Workplace Change Management, you will serve as a liaison to Mars Digital Technologies and operate as a trusted business partner by driving change to enhance organization performance. This will include guiding opportunities that build role models in Leadership roles, acquiring data insights that identify key areas of organizational improvement and supporting Associates at Mars through execution of the Digital Workplace strategy.   

 

The role will also provide expertise to capability development teams to ensure technology is developed and deployed from a holistic, user centered perspective, enabling maximum ROI on our existing and future technology investments.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to have a solid background and understanding of organizational development strategies. Desired, 5+ years of experience and success in change management, coaching leaders and organizational development in a large, corporate environment.  

 

  • Develops Change Management Strategies and Change Campaign content

Develops alignment with the Corporate Communications and HR and other internal customers to identify and intervene on change management initiatives that foster organization learning and address corporate strategic goals and needs.

  • Workplace Research & Problem Definition 

Extracts and uses data to provide organization-wide assessments so that behavioral change projects can be prioritized and brought to successful completion. Utilize surveys and focus groups to understand user sentiment and identify gaps and opportunities in the technology portfolio

  • Partnering with key Stakeholders

Provide expertise in user-centered design to application and technology development teams.

Working with Senior Leaders to drive top-down change

  • Staying on the Pulse of Innovation

Stay informed on latest developments in the usability, design, and user productivity space, and filter these inputs for inclusion in the Digital Adoption strategy & roadmap

  • Design Personas & Workplace Experiences 

Identify personas and scenarios throughout the user journey through contextual inquiry, observation and interviews

  • Makes significant shifts in Workplace Skills for All Associates 

Focuses on improving group and departmental functioning across the Organization. Facilitates group and departmental planning and interaction to improve group/department productivity, decision making and performance in a team based and Program Management based cultural environment.

Influences and drives changes in organizational behavior.

 

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

 

Education & Professional Qualification:

  Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR

 

Knowledge/Experience:

  Experience in business change

  User Centered Design and Agile development methodologies a plus

  Experience in Microsoft technologies a plus
