Personal Accident Claims Consultant – Permanent Positions

HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, partnered with a leading Claims Management company actively expanding in the Travel division across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Account manage Personal Accident clients and support customers with Expat and Inpat claims.
• Work closely with the Technical Manager to make decisions while providing exceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of claims from beginning to end.
• Assess liability and request further information where required.
• Calculate benefit amounts and financial exposure.
• Deliver efficient and exceptional customer service to multiple stakeholders.
• Manage claims through to finalisation.
• Interpret and apply varying policy terms.
• Communicate empathic and caring (written and verbal).

Qualifications

• Essential background in the insurance industry claims.
• Experience with Expat and Inpat claims desired.
• Travel, Corporate and Leisure Travel preferred, however general insurance candidates considered.
• A forward‑thinking, excellent customer service claims consultant with the drive, empathy and diligence to support customers throughout the claims process.
