Yourrole involves:
- Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
- Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcare plans, and addressing patient concerns. - Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
- Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care.
Qualifications
- CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
- CPR certification
- ACLSwithin1yearofhire
- CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon'thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtainit!)
- 6monthsdialysisnursingexperiencerequired.
- 1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsettingpreferred.
