American Traveler is seeking an RN for a 13-week Emergency Department role at a Level 4 trauma center, requiring a KS or compact RN license and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities- Work in the Emergency Department of a Level 4 trauma center
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 13-week assignment
- Day-to-day responsibilities include providing emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment within a Level 4 trauma center
- No restrictions on local candidates; local and travel rates are the same
- Flu shot and COVID-19 vaccination may be required for onboarding
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in emergency nursing
- Primary Source Verification of professional license within 30 days of start
- Workplace Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) training required; may be completed prior to or during onboarding
