Auto Sales

Mark Jacobson Toyota is seeking a Sales Manager/Closer.  This position will support our dealership staff and customers while assisting in building and representing the brand. Responsibilities: * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process * Build rapport with customers to establish customer network * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Ability to motivate people to succeed in a commission sales environment * Help manage all other aspects of the sales department * Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars Qualifications: * Prior Auto sales management experience required * Working knowledge of F&I * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Understanding of inventory control * Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM) * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment        * Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) What we offer: * $100,000 plus earning potential * Demo * 401(k) * Comprehensive Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance Plans * Life Insurance Plans * Great working environment * Equal Opportunity Employer
