Your role at Sephora:
As an Area LP Investigator, you are responsible for executing programs to protect the company’s assets and ensure the safety of employees and clients in multiple assigned locations. Reporting to the District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM), you will manage external theft investigations which may span multiple locations as well as internal theft investigations.
In addition, you will:
  • Implement effective LP strategies to reduce all shrink related factors
  • Conduct surveillances on the sales floor as well as utilizing CCTV system to identify, observe, and apprehend or deter individuals from committing thefts
  • Participate in area LP networks to gather intelligence and resolve external theft with an emphasis on organized retail crime
  • Prepare prompt and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, and accident investigations, and audits
  • Testify in court on behalf of the company, in any case, criminal or civil, to which the Agent is summoned
  • Heighten and maintain store LP awareness by attending and participating in store meetings, new hire trainings and continuous cast training

We think you’d be a great for this role if you have:
  • Minimum 3-years of loss prevention experience
  • Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays at all Sephora locations in the area (some overnight travel may be required)
