Job Description

The IT Internship program is a great way to jumpstart your career. Interns will work out of Sealed Air’s corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC in one of a number of key areas within Sealed Air’s IT team, including:

  • End User Computing
  • Database Administration
  • IT Governance
  • IT Project Management
  • Applications Development / Digital
  • Communications
  • Collaboration

 

As a program participant, you will be a fully contributing member of Sealed Air’s IT team for the summer. The qualified individual is energetic, able to collaborate with a diverse group of people, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Interns will become a full time member of our IT team for the duration of their internship. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Organizing and participating in team meetings
  • Planning, leading and executing project work
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver a final presentation to the IT Leadership covering your project and experience
  • Understand and apply policies, procedures and regulations

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology or other related degree from an accredited university.
  • Top candidates will have completed 2-3 years of an undergraduate course in IS / IT
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Language skills and a current passport may be preferred or required for certain internships
  • Must have reliable transportation
