We're Hiring: Head of Operations – Food & Pet FMCG (Sydney / Central Coast)

We’re now launching a new premium pet wellness brand — powered by native botanicals and functional ingredients. Hypoallergenic, nutrient-dense, and Australian-made, our products are designed for modern pet parents who want better for their pets .

The Role: Head of Operations

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, systems-driven operator to lead operations across our group. Reporting to the COO, you'll oversee forecasting, inventory, fulfilment, 3PLs, and the rollout of our new tech stack.

What You’ll Own:

End-to-end supply chain ownership — from raw materials to final delivery

Demand planning and supply forecasting across retail, eCommerce, and food service

3PL performance management and fulfilment optimisation

Inventory system integration and process automation

SOPs for production, dispatch, replenishment, and returns

Collaboration with Sales & Finance on promo/NPD planning

Leading and growing a high-performing ops team (2 direct reports)

What We’re Looking For:

5–10 years in FMCG, logistics, or supply chain ops

Experience with grocery channel requirements (Woolies, Coles, Metcash)

Confident across Shopify, Xero, Cin7 Core, Inventory Planner (or similar systems)

Comfortable in fast-paced scale-up environments

Strong people and supplier management skills

Excited by purpose, impact, and Indigenous representation in FMCG
