B&H Co is an up-and-coming local earthworks business making a name for ourselves through quality work, reliability, and a can‑do attitude. With plenty of projects in the pipeline and big plans for growth, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
We are looking for a reliable all‑rounder who’s ready to take on a bit more responsibility.
About the Role
This isn’t your average operator role, you’ll be hands‑on with the skid steer and 15‑tonne truck, working on site cleans, site preparation, final trims, and general earthworks, while also helping drum up new work, make calls, and build relationships with clients and suppliers across various projects.
You’ll be supported by a friendly team and paid well for your versatility and initiative.
This will be a Monday‑Friday, Perth based role.
Daily Duties
- Operating an automatic truck
- Operating a Cat 232D3 skid steer
- Assisting with general labour duties and site clean‑ups
- Maintaining equipment and completing pre‑start checks
- Scheduling and recording equipment maintenance
- Networking with current and future clients to line up new work
- Liaising with suppliers for materials and deliveries
- Completing basic job paperwork and timesheets
- Representing the company professionally on and off site
Requirements
- HR license
- Construction white card
- Prior Experience
- Confident communicator who’s happy to talk to clients and chase up work
- A team player who takes pride in keeping equipment in top shape
