Joining ourBankstown team, you’ll experience a generalist caseload supporting participants with a variety of disabilities with a focus on neurological, progressive neurological and physical disabilities. You will gain experience in complex assistive technology scripting, community respiratory supports and generalised capacity building supports for people living with a disability.

Bankstown office:

• Located on Milperra side of Bankstown airport, next door to the Entertainment Park (bowling, laser tag, go carts, arcade games)
• The office is brand new with all new facilities – plenty of natural light, chill out space with lounge and greenery.
• 5x clinic rooms including functional gym space for PT.

Day to day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants’ homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work
• Celebrate every milestone with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing

About You

We’re after Physios who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant’s interests are at stake.

• Full AHPRA registration
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• 3+ years of post‑graduate experience
