Introduction

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic team member for our reception/admissions area. If you are passionate about providing service excellence and patient care, with proven ability in flexibility, compassion and initiative, we want to hear from you.

About the role

• Answer and re‑direct calls on a busy switchboard
• Prepare and complete patient paperwork
• Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
• Liaise with clinical and non‑clinical staff from other departments
• Support the Administration Team Leader and Administration Manager
• Complete other clerical tasks as required

Ability to work all shifts over a 7 day roster
