Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• Rotate on-call shifts after 11:30 PM

• Rotate weekend on-call coverage for 24-hour periods

• 2 years of ultrasound experience required

• First-time travelers accepted

• Must have experience working in ER, ICU, Pediatrics, PICU, and with portable equipment

• Required certifications: ARDMS or ARRT(S), BLS

• EPIC charting system experience required

• GE and PACS experience required

• Must work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics

• Perform various ultrasound procedures including abdominal, vascular, cardiac, and specialty studies

• May be assigned to "Emergency Team" during emergency events with expectation to remain at facility

• Must be comfortable with isolation precautions and intraoperative procedures

• Louisiana license required upon submission

• Must reside over 65 miles from facility location
