Pay Rate: $1884.31 - $2064.72



PT needed asap for 13 weeks
730 to 4 approximately, M-F with weekend rotation (primarily Saturdays)
Facility Setting? ARU
1-2 years experience
AZ lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Potentially to med surg and outpatient as staff share with the hospital if needed
Number of beds in your facility? 10 bed ARU
Preferred experience level? Inpatient rehab preferred but not absolutely required
Scrub colors / dress code: business casual
Parking Location: main hospital

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
SSN Required
DOB Required

1-2 years experience
