Intermediate Quantity Surveyors – £40-50k – London
Salary: £40-50k – Location: Wallington (south London) or Perivale (north west London) – Region: London.
Regional property developer seeks surveyors with residential new build & fit‑out experience to be site‑based at either of the two sites.
Applicants should have at least 5 years experience, having worked as a number 2 on projects up to £20m, and be looking to progress by managing their own projects.
