Oculoplastic Surgeon Opportunity - The Eye Institute of West Florida
About the Practice:
The Eye Institute of West Florida is a prestigious multispecialty practice with several locations throughout Pinellas County, including Largo, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Founded in 1974 by Dr. Stephen Weinstock and now led by Dr. Rob Weinstock, the institute has a long-standing commitment to exceptional patient care and developing future ophthalmology leaders through fellowships and mentorship programs.
The practice supports all ophthalmology subspecialties and features an established MediSpa with a loyal patient base. We are now seeking a full-time Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our team, as our current physician is relocating, creating a key opportunity to serve and expand the EIWF patient community.
Practice Locations:
Largo: On-site ASC with 28 exam rooms
Clearwater: 13 exam rooms
St. Petersburg: On-site ASC with 18 exam rooms
Tampa - Hyde Park: 13 exam rooms
Tampa - Westchase: 8 exam rooms
Largo - Aesthetic Center: 2 exam rooms
Opportunity Highlights:
Focused on oculoplastic surgical and clinical cases
Strong internal and external referral relationships
On-site physician liaison to foster community connections
Trained support staff and management support
Ability to establish an Oculoplastic Network for immediate clinical and surgical patient access
Minimal travel required
Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year guaranteed base salary with production incentives
20 days PTO, CME allowance, commencement bonus
