District Medical Group (DMG), a not-for-profit multispecialty medical group, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join our team at one of our 11 health centers across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $215,000/year
• Practice Commencement Bonus (typically $30,000 - can be used for relocation)
• Student Loan Assistance - PSLF + NHSC and state/federal loan repayment program eligibility
• CME Support - $4,000 and 40 hours annually
• Generous Time Off - 240 hours of PTO (includes vacation, holidays)

Ideal Candidate:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Open to 2025 graduates
• Interest in teaching and mentoring medical students or residents (optional)
