Advanced Urology Institute (AUI), Floridas largest and most respected independent urology practice, is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists to join our high-performing teams across the Greater Tampa Bay area.
These openings come at a pivotal timecreated by the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured physician and the relocation of another to be closer to family. This is a rare chance to step directly into established patient bases in one of the nations most desirable coastal metro regions.

What Youll Do
Deliver general urologic care with opportunities to develop niche clinical interests (reconstructive experience welcome but not required)
Step into thriving practices with immediate patient volume and optimized clinic flow
Perform surgeries and procedures with robust APP and support staff assistance
Equitable call schedules designed for a sustainable work-life blend
See 25-35 patients per clinic day in busy, established practice
Who Were Looking For
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists
Open to both experienced physicians and those finishing trainingno fellowship required
Team players committed to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and collaborative growth
Compensation & Benefits
Two-year guaranteed base salary and rewarding production model
Two-year partnership opportunity with $0 buy-in
