Job Purpose:

As a Sales Associate with Dynamic Funds, you will perform administrative responsibilities to help build sales within a number of different territories. Each territory is comprised of a Wholesaler, Inside Sales Representative and Sales Associate, who’s primary responsibilities are selling Dynamic products through various activities, in order to achieve their annual sales targets. Sales Associates support the Wholesalers and Inside Sales Representatives by completing expense reports in a timely manner, providing analytical reports, arranging travel, scheduling meetings and arranging client events and activities whenever necessary.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Completing expense reports for Wholesalers by collecting and scanning receipts, inputting any necessary information into the CRM and initiating the (workflow) approval process;
  • Organizing client events on behalf of the team, including venue administration, ordering food, arranging invitations, providing tickets to clients for sporting and social events, etc;
  • Ensure contracts with third party venues are approved by Compliance;
  • Accuracy in developing and delivering emails to clients on behalf of the Sales Team;
  • Providing business promotional items to clients and tracking such items within the CRM;
  • Tracking business promotional activity with clients within the CRM;
  • Embracing technology: proficiency in Excel and MS Word; proficient (within 2 months) with our CRM – Oracle on Demand – and data analysis software – MicroStrategy;
  • Working closely with other internal partners, including Compliance, Product Management, Marketing and Mail Distribution to coordinate activities when necessary;
  • Adapt to changing internal policies initiated by shifting trends within our industry;
  • A strong sales acumen to learn, grow and develop within the team as an Inside Sales candidate within 2 years.


Functional Competencies:

  • Computer Skills - highly efficient in Excel and computer literacy
  • Portfolio Understanding (Construction & Consulting) - understanding the details of building a portfolio


Experience / Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in a field such as Commerce, Finance, Business Administration;
  • CSC or IFIC certification preferable.
