This is not telemarketing, the CSR position is primarily assisting customers with their questions and their accounts. Sitel provides training, guidelines, and goals to ensure that you are truly successful. We are looking for friendly, professional individuals for a banking customer service program. No auto-dialer or outbound calls, all of the customer calls are incoming. No sales or collections required. We are also looking for bilingual agents!

Summary of Job

• Answer inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management 

• Consistently achieve call quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals

• Multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer

Must have an open schedule availability and be available evenings and weekends

What we are looking for

• Customer service experience with a minimum of 6 months

• Call center experience a major plus

• Must have a stable work history


• Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision 

• Ability to interact positively with customers, peers, and supervisors

• Professional, articulate voice 

• Must be able to use multiple computer applications while communicating with customers 

Ability to use multiple programs in computers and computer navigation skills

Pay Rate

$10.30 per hour plus an opportunity for performance-based raises after 90 days,180 days, 1 year, and 2 years. $11.30 per hour for bilingual agents. 

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to provide proof of completion if hired. 

Other Requirements

Sitel requires pre-employment drug tests, background check.
