About the Role: The Talent Operations Manager provides support to Sephora’s internal Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Acquisition teams by creating processes and leading execution around technology, metrics and analytics, and reporting to support our ongoing Talent initiatives. The successful candidate will help identify opportunities to streamline current processes around reporting, inputting of data into our systems and tracking talent activities.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Own Performance, Objectives, MCP, and Succession modules in SuccessFactors and train our HR business partners and team members on what reporting and insights they are able to access within each of these modules
  • Responsible for enhancements and maintenance of Sephora’s Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) and CRM (Avature). This includes but is not limited to: candidate application process, reportable data fields, candidate management, automated email communications, and offer letters
  • Partner with our Education team to create Quick Reference Guides for the organization
  • Conduct reporting for the talent placement activities to support the roll out of our new store operating model
  • Set up all dashboards and liaise with our global partners as we deploy our annual employee engagement survey
  • Provide reporting to HR Business Partners and Talent Team on the action plans entered as a result of the employee engagement survey
  • Maintain reporting for key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire, etc.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR technologies related to Development, Performance, Engagement and Recruiting by continuously researching new technology trends/products, while also monitoring competitor and market usage
  • Provide training and troubleshooting to the business and internal recruiting teams as needed
  • Oversee the relocation process and provide reporting to the business. Act as gatekeeper for all relocation approvals for external candidates and internal transfers.

 

You’re the ideal candidate if you possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years of experience driving regional or global projects with the Human Resources function
  • SuccessFactors experience is required
  • Strong proficiency with technology and grasping new technology solutions.
  • Excellent ability to leverage analytics to support Talent Development and Acquisition efforts and business planning decisions.
  • Experience working internationally with a strong ability to understand cultural sensitivities and partner closely with team members in multiple locations and time zones
  • Must possess impeccable judgment, strong analytical skills, and exceptional client management capabilities
