Assignment Details:

• Location: Sheridan, WY

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm

Requirements:

• Active PT license

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience

• SNF experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills

Duties:

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting

• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and independence

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary rehab staff

• Document patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards
