IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 75,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & Hana Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications and collaborations solutions. Fundamentally, IT Services is enabling SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with happy end users.

We would like to engage motivated interns and provide the opportunity to further development. This is your opportunity to

  • Assist the team in driving key projects and deliverables
  • Work in a highly motivated international team 
  • Manage and take responsibility for own defined tasks and projects
  • Get to know the area of IT Project and Program Management


  • Support several Programs and Projects by taking over responsibility for Program Management activities such as Program Status Reporting or Risk Management.
  • Assisting with the review and establishment of policies, procedures, templates and best practices
  • Attend meetings, create meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Creation and management of Website pages (internal, informational website)
  • Assist in creating and updating transition planning
  • Develop monthly program highlights for the newsletter
  • Ensure project success (budgets, schedule, quality and business value)
  • Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience or interest in data analytics
  • Experience with project planning and execution
  • Highly motivated, readily adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
