Function Overview

We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, hands-on leader to help implement, enhance and support our global SuccessFactors platform.  We are looking for a technical thought leader who will challenge the status quo and champion new and creative solutions aimed at helping Whirlpool achieve their strategic goals.

This role seeks a SuccessFactors Expert who has the experience to leverage the capabilities of the system but can also think outside of the box to bring true business value and deliver a unique and seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate can create solutions in SuccessFactors as well as extend the system functionality by leveraging SAP Cloud Platform.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting across Human Resource functional or technical process
  • 3+ years of SuccessFactors “EC” (Employee Central) or “Core HR” (Human Resouces)
  • 3+ years of advanced knowledge of HCM applications (both on-premise and SaaS solutions) such as SAP, Success Factors or Workday.
  • 3+ years leading systems design, testing, and implementation
  • Completion of at least 1 full end-to-end global project implementation
  • 1+ years of operational support of a SuccessFactors platform
  • 1+ years using or implementing SAP Cloud Platform capabilities

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree  in MIS or Computer Science preferred
  • Experience with robotic process automation and analytics
  • Ability to collaboratively and objectively assess benefits, costs, and viability of multiple solutions
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform to extend organizational capabilities
  • Experience driving alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Leadership in the utilization of user-centric design concepts
  • Expertise in configuration management within SuccessFactors
  • Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design and service management practices
  • Working knowledge of Agile SCRUM solution design/development methodology and practices
  • Ability to leverage business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to determine the appropriate course of action in challenging, ambiguous situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with and present ideas to senior leadership.
  • Provides key input to facilitate the decision-making process
  • Negotiation and conflict management
  • Team and project management experience, including the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
  • Vendor Management experience
