Program Intake Manager, Digital Marketing, Digital Factory

As Project Intake Manager, you will be overseeing the new project intake process for Digital Marketing and prioritize projects internally based on impact and scope. As a member of the eCommerce team, you will be involved in quality planning early in the design and requirements gathering process with a focus on testability and boundary/exception flows. 


Is this role right for you?

In order to be successful, you have the ability to think strategically while also having the flexibility to engage in day-to-day tactical responsibilities. You have a broad understanding of the project management life-cycle while having experience managing projects within a technical systems landscape. You are able to effectively support conflicting priorities while identifying and managing execution risks.

  • Oversee the new project intake process and prioritize projects internally based on impact and scope
  • Prioritize current and upcoming projects as well as managing business priorities and expectations
  • Develop processes for better project documentation and tracking from project ingestion through to completion
  • Interact with Project Leads and Technical Program Managers to define and deliver complex features
  • Liaise with cross-functional work streams consisting of business lines, digital marketing, design and technical teams in order to drive cross-team dependencies for large-scale projects
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with varying priorities.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • You have 5+ years of work experience in program and/or product management field
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a related technical field or 10+ years of experience working in a related technical field
  • You're experienced in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
  • You have the ability to align the efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal
  • You have the ability to take loosely defined business questions and translate them into clearly defined technical/data specifications
  • You're experienced in working with remote teams
  • You have a track record of being detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to self–motivate and follow through on projects
  • You have demonstrated ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You're experienced in delivering complex projects with multiple milestones and dependencies
  • You have a proven track record of being able to learn, develop and implement new technologies, ideas, and initiatives
