Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans
- Prioritize and phase treatment to ensure patients achieve optimal oral health
- Provide engaging patient education on prevention, function, and total wellness
- Use iTero 3D scanning to educate patients and demonstrate treatment outcomes
- Explain the benefits of Invisalign and functional improvements in smile alignment
- Lead by example and mentor the hygiene team to deliver consistent, excellent care
- Collaborate closely with team members and build camaraderie within the practice
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD and an active state dental license
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Passion for prevention-focused care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Invisalign and CEREC is a strong plus
Compensation
Compensation: $750 - $1,000 daily
